"Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
- Matthew 11:28-30
Sexual Integrity might seem to be an insurmountable goal for some - yet we desperately need the safety which comes with this integrity. We were created for honesty and intimacy with God and one another. Jesus can turn that honesty and intimacy, which often feel like a curse, into a blessing - bearing the fruit of peace, healing love for self and others, and a confident hope for the future.
