Intergenerational Hospitality

Healing Divides, Restoring Relationships, and Living as One in Christ

Friday, March 7 | 6:00 - 9:00 PM

“The opposite of cruelty is not simply freedom from the cruel relationship, it is hospitality.” - Philip Hallie

What should intergenerational hospitality look like today? In a culture that, more often than not, feels cold, cruel, and disconnected, intergenerational hospitality is a salient way forward. By God's grace, it binds broken relationships and reconciles families, friends, and strangers across generations. It is here that we learn to extend love to our neighbors, and in doing so, we are formed into one body of Christ—one household of God. Join us for our Second Annual Missions Conference where we will explore how we, as the family of God, are uniquely equipped to fulfill the call to live and love our neighbor.

Dinner will be served. The cost to attend is $12 per person ($8 per student). Childcare is available by request for children under 4 years of age.

Meet Our Speakers

Rev. Craig Chapman

Associate Pastor
Craig was born in Austin, grew up in Dallas, and is a graduate of St. Mark’s School of Texas, UT Austin (B.A., ’83), St. Mary’s Law School (J.D., ’86), and Westminster Theological Seminary (M.Div., ’03). After practicing law for five years and running his own business for five years, Craig answered a call to vocational ministry, where he served full-time on staff at Park Cities Presbyterian (PCA) in Dallas for over five years. After completing his seminary training, he answered a call to pastoral ministry at Trinity PCA in Metro NYC (Rye), the first daughter church of Redeemer NYC, where Craig ministered for almost 14 years. During that time, he served the PCA on the Standing Judicial Commission, the Permanent Committee of RUF, and led the planting of several RUF Chapters in Metro NY as head of the presbytery’s Campus Committee. While serving on the Board of Redeemer Theological Seminary in Dallas, he met Tim Frickenschmidt, who convinced him to return to Austin as a pastor at All Saints, where he’s ministered since 2017. Craig’s much better half is Dru, his wife of 37 years. Together, they are blessed with a married daughter and son, and two grandsons.

Yajaira Marmolejo

Associate Director of Unidos Ministry
Yajaira was born in Mexico and grew up in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. She earned a B.A. in Computer Science from UT-RGV, but her passion for ministry led her to a career in Christian radio, which eventually expanded into an eight-year career in radio, TV, and entertainment. She was part of a Hispanic Presbyterian church plant in McAllen, TX, and served as a volunteer staff member with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship before moving to Austin to pursue seminary. In 2024, she completed her M.A. in Biblical Studies and is currently working toward an M.A. in Biblical Counseling. Yajaira played a key role in founding the Unidos Hispanic Ministry at All Saints, and three years ago, she joined the church staff as the Assistant Director of Unidos, where she continues to serve in various ministerial capacities.

Panelists

Kim Hall

Director of Women's Ministry
Kim Hall has been a member of All Saints Presbyterian Church for over 23 years. It’s the only church home her four grown children have ever known—a true gift. Her first role at All Saints was championing the fledgling Missions program. For the past 13 years, she has served as Director of Women’s Ministry, witnessing God’s incredible work in the life of the church.

Kim grew up in Zimbabwe, graduated from Wheaton College, and coached Division I volleyball at NC State in Raleigh. She and her husband David, a former Special Agent with the FBI, moved to Texas when he was assigned to the Austin field office.

Kim’s prayer is that the household of God would reflect His shalom, welcoming all who enter to taste and see that the Lord is very, very good.

Noel Coppedge

Campus Assistant, RUF - International at UT
Noel Coppedge is the Campus Assistant for RUF International at UT Austin, working alongside Molly Basse. As native Texans, he and his wife, Emily, both grew up in Austin. Noel attended Trinity University in San Antonio, graduating with a degree in Psychology in 2022. They married in December 2021, just before he graduated, and soon after moved to Columbia, South Carolina, for his internship with RUF International at the University of South Carolina.

Over the next two years, God grew them in community and faith—Emily in her work as a veterinary technician and Noel in his calling to ministry. In 2023, Noel began his Master of Divinity through Covenant Theological Seminary's remote program, excited to continue his studies while serving in ministry. In 2024, they returned to Texas with their growing family, welcoming their first child, Ezra, in October.

Molly Basse

Campus Assistant, RUF - International at UT
Molly Basse is a member of All Saints’ “daughter church,” Grace & Peace, and is in her fourth year serving as Campus Staff with RUF-International at UT, where she creates spaces of welcome and belonging for international students. She finds joy in welcoming those who may feel like outsiders, believing that embracing and learning from our differences enriches the community and reflects the heart of God. One of her favorite things is exploring Austin and Texas with students and feeling inspired by their joy and gratitude in experiences we often see as mundane. Over the past several years, she has supported students through the challenges of adapting to a new country, nurturing community through shared meals, conversations, and celebrations. She believes that hospitality is more than an act—it is a glimpse into the heart of God.

Noble Gilmour

All Saints Fellows Alumnus
Noble Gilmour is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and a dedicated member of All Saints Presbyterian Church. During his time at UT, he became deeply involved in the Austin community, serving as a Young Life leader at Regents School of Austin for the past five years. He also helps run the Medina Fellowship at Arena Hall, a program that shapes how students from UT, Texas A&M, and UT Law approach work and vocation.

Beyond ministry, Noble is the co-owner of Texas Floor Cleaning, serving the Austin area. His experiences at All Saints and through the Fellows Program have made Austin more than just a place to live—it’s become a true home and source of inspiration. Above all, Noble values meaningful relationships and investing in the lives of others.
