All Saints TouchPoint
All Saints is pleased to announce our new Church Management System, TouchPoint. This page will be updated with instructions on how to access various features of TouchPoint as they become available.
How to Create a User Account
- Click here to create your password using your email address on file.
- If your email address doesn't work or is not found in the system, contact Courtney Johnson to be added to TouchPoint and create your password.
Access Member Resources
Contribution Statements
- You can access your All Saints contribution statements at any time on your profile by navigating to the statements tab under "Giving."
Online Directory
- The online member directory can be found by visiting this page or from your profile.
- From your profile, click on the "person" icon in the top right corner and select "church picture directory."
- Only those who appear in the directory will have access to the directory information.
- NOTE: If you do not wish for your information to appear in the directory, or you only want certain information to appear, you can change these settings under "privacy settings" under the "personal" tab.
By using the online directory, you are agreeing to the following:
- I acknowledge that the Church Member Picture Directory is a secure, digital directory intended solely for the personal use of members and staff of All Saints.
- I acknowledge that the primary purpose of the Church Member Picture Directory is to help members and staff connect and communicate within the All Saints community.
- I acknowledge that I will not use the Church Member Picture Directory for marketing or commercial purposes, and that information from the directory must not be shared outside of All Saints.
- I acknowledge that any contact information displayed has been voluntarily provided by me.
- I acknowledge that I may remove part or all of my contact information from the Church Member Picture Directory at any time by adjusting my privacy settings under the "Personal" tab once logged into TouchPoint, or by contacting the church office.
Volunteering
All Saints manages our volunteering schedules through TouchPoint. You can sign up for dates you are available to serve by using one of the links below. You will only be able to access schedules for the ministries in which you are qualified to serve. There are two volunteering areas for which every member is automatically qualified - Offertory and Children's Helper. If you are interested in serving in a new ministry area for which you are not yet qualified, fill out our volunteering interest form.
