Vacation Bible School

Monday, June 24 - Thursday, June 27
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Embark on an epic journey at this year's Vacation Bible School! Our theme, "Olympion," will ignite the hearts of young champions as they discover the exhilarating adventure of running by faith.  Join us as we challenge children to passionately commit to Jesus Christ and His Word, and embark on the race of faith with courage and determination!
Our Opening Ceremonies are about to begin, and we are so excited to have your little athletes join us for the VBS of Champions! We have a fun-filled week planned for them as they train to join God's Team and run the race of faith with wholehearted love and obedience to God.
See you at the starting block on Monday, June 24 at 9:00 AM!

If you've registered but your plans have changed, please let us know by emailing so we can offer your spot to another family.

All Champions need the official race colors! VBS packets and t-shirts will be available for pickup on Sunday, June 23 after each service to alleviate the check-in line on the first day of VBS. Alternatively, you can pick up your shirt the first day of VBS at the registration desk starting at 8:45 AM.

Closing Dinner

On Thursday, June 27, at 6:00 PM, the kids will close out their week by performing their VBS songs, reciting their memory verse, and enjoying one final skit wrapping up our time with Olympion. Dinner on the lawn will follow at 6:30 PM in the courtyard (please bring a blanket or camping chairs).
Cost: $5/person or $20 max/family.

Important Reminders

What to Wear
It’s going to be hot! Wear comfortable shorts, t-shirts and closed-toed tennis shoes. We encourage the kids to wear their VBS t-shirt each day.
What to Bring
We will provide a healthy snack each day and have water stations. If you indicated on your registration form that your child has food allergies, we will provide an appropriate snack for their needs.
Check-In Process
Monday, June 24:
If you have not already picked up your t-shirt and received your team assignment, report to the check-in tables in the courtyard at 8:45 AM.

Please escort your child to their assigned team in the sanctuary. The youngest grades will start at the front of the sanctuary, with teams progressing back by grade. A Coach (adult volunteer) or Assistant Coach (youth volunteer) will be waiting to check in your child. Please sign in your child with their coach, who will provide a name tag.
Drop-Off (Tuesday-Thursday)
Tuesday - Thursday:
You may sign in and drop off your child in the sanctuary between 8:50 - 9:00 AM with their assigned team each morning. Do not leave until your child's coach has checked them in.
You can pick up your child each day at their assigned team in the Interim Sanctuary at 12:00 PM. A parent or designated caregiver MUST sign out your child. If a different caregiver or carpool is picking up your child, please ensure they are listed or inform your child's coach at drop-off. Your child's coach will collect their name tag at the end of each day.
